Delete your Kuai account

No app needed. The forms delete as soon as you confirm. For Google accounts, email us as explained below.

Use your account ID

Find it in Kuai under Settings → Account, sync & backup.
Works for anonymous accounts too.

Keep your ID private. Anyone with it can delete your account.
Lost the ID of an anonymous account? We can't tell which one is yours, and we don't delete idle anonymous accounts automatically.

Use your email and password

Password reset is not available yet.

Google accounts

Delete in the app, or email support@kuaistudio.com from your Google address. We delete within 30 days.

Never email a password.

What we delete

Your account and sign-in details; synced phrases, cards and review history; chats, saved texts, books and sources; synced settings; AI allowance and cost records linked to your account; and feedback, error logs and screenshots you sent us.

What stays

  • A mark containing your account ID and deletion time, kept to stop old sign-ins bringing it back.
  • Daily usage and cost totals and analytics summaries without an account or install ID.
  • Billing records, if any, retain the account ID and are kept indefinitely. Billing is not connected yet.
  • Database backups for up to 30 days.
  • Optional usage events carry a random install ID, not your account ID. Hourly cleanup deletes these after 90 days.

Other copies

Web deletion does not erase data on your phones, exported files or Android backups in your Google account. Remove those separately. In-app deletion also clears that phone.

AI companies may retain requests under their own terms (Google up to 55 days, Groq up to 30 days). We do not attach your account ID to AI requests. Deleting your account removes our records, not theirs. Public podcast transcripts and shared course audio may remain cached.
